These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Claim Verification platform at claimverification.net. By creating an account or submitting a claim you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform
Claim Verification provides tools to document, submit, and track recovery claims for losses arising from online fraud, fake brokers, and cryptocurrency scams. The platform is intended for lawful use by individuals and entities seeking to pursue legitimate claims. You may not use the platform to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in every claim and upload. You retain ownership of your submitted content and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to evaluate and progress your claim. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any document you upload.
4. Claim Submissions
Submission of a claim does not guarantee recovery. Each claim is reviewed by our case team on its merits, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control including jurisdiction, counter-party solvency, evidence quality, and applicable limitation periods. We will keep you informed of material developments through your dashboard.
5. Deposits
Where deposits are required to fund verification, escrow, or third-party costs, they must be made through the supported channels (BTC, ETH, or USDT) using the addresses displayed inside your authenticated dashboard. Deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation and verification. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network; transfers to incorrect addresses or networks cannot be recovered.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, compliance checks, and any applicable holding periods. We may request additional information to satisfy anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing obligations. Processing times vary based on network conditions and the destination institution.
7. Fees
Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a deposit, withdrawal, or paid service. Network fees levied by the underlying blockchain are not refundable.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold withdrawals pending review, or decline a claim where we reasonably suspect fraud, misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. Where lawful, we will notify you of the reason and any steps available to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claim Verification, its affiliates and personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
